Q: How long will it take to get my part?
A: Typical shipping time usually takes between 5-7 business days, but could be a little longer due to unusual circumstances (such as weather, volume, etc.)

Q: How does my part arrive?
A: You're part comes securely strapped to a standard size pallet, fully shrink wrapped and drained of all fluids. It arrives to your shipping address via a common carrier, such as R&L Carriers, or Vitran Express.

Q: What comes with my Used Engine?
A: Most engines come complete, minus the AC Compressor, Starter, Alternator, and Power Steering Pump. All parts left on the engines are for convenience purposes only.

Q: Does the Transmission come with a Torque Converter?
A: Yes it does.

Q: Will my part come from the exact year, make and model that my vehicle is?
A: It can, but OEM auto parts are interchangeable with multiple years, makes and models which means the same part is an exact fit for multiple makes and models as determined by OEM standards. We guarantee the part we sell to match with what you ordered.

Q: Do all quotes include free shipping?
A: Yes they do! If you live in either Alaska or Hawaii there is an additional shipping charge. There is a $75.00 residential charge to ship to a residence.

Q: Is there Tax on my order?
A: There is no tax UNLESS you live in the State of Texas. If we are shipping out of State there is no tax.

Q: What payment do you accept?
A: All Visa, MasterCard, and Discover debit and credit cards online or over the phone. We also accept personal checks, or bank certified checks and money orders. Wire transfers may also be made available.
